Enable Traditional Versioning for QuickCapture

Idea: allow QuickCapture to collect even when using traditional versioning.

Any other organization that only uses traditional versioning and wants to use quickcapture? Our organization is not able to function with branch versioning.

The documentation on preparing a feature layer says it is not possible to use QuickCapture with traditional versioning, but doesn't explain what it is about traditional versioning that prevents quick capture from working.

So now my organization misses out on a really great way to collect data for Clients. We attempted to set up a QuickCapture project, by publishing our versions off of a Default > QAQC > Parent Dataset > User Version > Published to ArcGIS Server > Added URL as AGOL Item > Added to project. But, we receive a "Invalid Project" error.

After submitting a support ticket, the answer was "sorry no can do, but you can submit an idea".
