Ribbon tooltip typo?

From the Ribbon > Edit > Tools > Populate Angle, the hover tool tip says "Interatively populate angle of selected features".

@KoryKramerwhen I use that link, it only tells me "Unknown Text - RequestCase/NoAccessToUserMsg "
