Add option to the attribute table context menu

Hello all

I am looking for a way to add a button to the attribute table context menu (see attachment).

In my case this should go to some other system and get some more info about this record and show it in a popup (not replacing the original popup).

So I need to add the button and make my code recognize the record I am pointing at and get some data (ID) from it.

Anybody have any example?
