      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to subscribe to an Event when any Map becomes 'Active'? I have an add in that needs to get a list of the layers of the current active map, and if it changes, they need to change too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
