If I create an annotation with an angle such that after the map is rotated by the map's defined map angle, the annotation will be horizontal and I specify the annotation's location with a MapPoint, the annotation will not appear horizontal on the map. However, if I change the MapPoint to a Polyline, then the annotation appears horizontal. Has anyone else encountered this?
