topic ArcGIS Pro 3.1 SDK - CIMDatumTransform returns 0 WKID for EPSG-based Coordinate Transformations (CTs) customized via PEDATABASE in ArcGIS Pro SDK Questions

ArcGIS Pro allows customizing the Geodetic Entities like Datums, CRS, and CTs via PEDATABASE. These customizations used to work fine with the earlier versions of Pro SDK. However, With the latest SDK (v3.1.0.41833), I am experiencing an issue where the WKID for the applied EPSG-based coordinate transformation (customized in PEDATABASE, for example, 1133) always returns 0 when I retrieve it via CIMMap (map.GetDefinition()). But It shows the correct WKID on the Transformation tab of the Map Properties Window.
