topic Feature class unable to open table-failed to load data- but data shows in popup in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hi,

So I've been working on creating a dataset, and while working I deleted a row that I accidentally added by hitting enter on the last row but then all of a sudden I cant open the attribute table. If I click a polygon while in explore the info pop up shows and all the data is there and if I select it I can edit the attributes. But when I try to open the table I just get a failed to load data message.

All I can find in the failed to load data forum help is 'The table view can't load content from its data source as displayed rows. Check the accessibility of the data, especially if the data is on a shared drive or database server.' The data is accessible, All the other feature layers in the .gdb are acting normal.

I've tried copying to C drive- nope

Tried exporting- I cant. I get a couldn't read table error

I've checked my RAM and CPU- nothing out of the norm

Closing and opening Arcpro or rebooting my computer did nothing.

I'm really hoping I didn't lose over 2 weeks of work. is there anything I'm missing

you can try the Check Geometry or Repair Geomtetry GP (which has a Delete Features with Null Geometry setting) tools to see if it has issues.

Always safest with tools such as Repair Geometry GP tool which modify the existing featureclass to test on a copy first. At least if it will allow you to copy it.

R_
