In Pro it works just fine, after publishing to the ArcGIS Enterprise it takes some time for initial load. It is regardless of the charts needed to be drawn.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>2)&nbsp; Can chart symbology be offeseted somehow? Currently it is drawn on top of a feature.
