Converting 2D Electrical Network to Real-World 3D in ArcGIS Pro

Hello,

I am working on a project to visualize the electrical network components in my area in 3D using ArcGIS Pro.
Currently, my network is represented in 2D using GIS layers (poles, substations, RMUs, transformers, cables, etc.).

I have designed 3D models for all network components, including (Substations, Poles, Transformers, RMUs, Cables).

I want to convert the 2D network into a 3D scene in ArcGIS Pro, ensuring that:

The 2D symbols are replaced with the 3D models I designed.

The 3D models represent the real-world size (realistic scale) of each component, making the scene as close to reality as possible.

Cables are displayed as 3D lines or objects connecting poles and substations.

Attribute data can be viewed when interacting with any element.

My questions:

What is the recommended workflow to link my 3D models with the existing 2D network layers in ArcGIS Pro?

How can I represent cables realistically in a 3D environment?

Can I use Multipatch / 3D Symbols to display the models while maintaining their attribute information?

What are the best practices to ensure the models appear at the correct real-world scale in ArcGIS Pro?

The Electric Utility Network Foundation can be downloaded at link: https://arcg.is/1Gaiq9

This includes style files to represent electric network assets.

You may use local scenes in ArcGIS Pro for 3D views and then link to the 2D map.
