Gradient offset line distorted when exporting to PDF

Hi,

Has anyone experienced their pdf export distorted when using gradient offset lines? The orange line in the attached should have a gradient offset line but as shown it becomes completely distorted. Looks fine when exported as an image.

This only started to happen after the 3.2 update and have been hoping it would be fixed since.

There is BUG-000163691 - "symbology is missing in the map when exported as a PDF file if using gradient fill symbology" what was reproducible in 3.2.x and fixed at 3.4.

I know you mentioned line geometry and not polygon geometry but perhaps it's related? Are you able to upgrade your ArcGIS Pro to 3.4 or higher and retest?

Hi Robert,

Thank you for the suggestion. The geometry is a polygon with a line offset.

Just updated to 3.5.3 and unfortunately still has the same outcome.
