Paste Special window not expanding - all options cut off

hi!
I am having an issue w/ the paste special pop up window. When I select 'paste special' the pop up only shows a very small portion of the normal window. I cannot access any of the options or see what I am choosing. I'm not sure how/ why this is happening, but any suggestion are greatly appreciated. Image included.

Hey @TWill

What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using?

As long as you are selecting the items in the map with the select tool, pressing Copy or Ctrl+C and then using Paste Special, it should pop up. Have you attempted to save and restart the project so far?
