Cannot use download map button to create TPKX/TPK

The download map button will not work for me. I am attempting to take a portion of the world imagery basemap (https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer) using the download map button. I have made sure the include basemap option is enabled and this basemap (world imagery) is configured to enable download map. I press the download map option and a the status bar will appear and fill up for about 3 seconds and when I check the folder it should be downloading too there is nothing. I have no idea why this option is not working for me.

Hey @SHealy2468

I would ensure you're checking the correct output location, sometimes it throws it into a different file or temp file.

What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using?

The tool is setup to export to the project folder but I changed it to ask where I would like it save. But regardless of whether I leave it as the default, specify a location first, or have it ask for the save location each time there is nothing generated.
