@JoabelBarbieri Go through all your PDF settings and make sure they are all as you expect. I've had some other weirdness with 3.5.x and I found going to one the pdf defaults and then changing the settings back to how I like it fixed the issue.
In one case I had a very slow image service in a project created in 3.3
Removing and adding it back fixed that.

My largest series in 3.5.2 so far has been ~100 A3 maps using a local State image service. 1st time it ran it was quite slow but second time matched the same series using the Esri base imagery. With slow I mean double the time but still only a few seconds a map - definitely not hours!

Has anyone noticed a significant slowdown when exporting long Map Series in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 (specifically 3.5.2)?

I had a PDF export preset that used to take about 2 hours to complete in version 3.4. Now, with the same settings in 3.5, the export process takes an entire day—and still doesn’t finish.

What’s going on here, Esri?
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
