Copy and Paste Button in between Dialog Boxes Question ?

So I am experiment and write a step by step for a co-worker and here I have a problem with layer that has the wrong projection....

So, basically what I am trying to do here is to a copy and paste the gegoraphic coordinates

Look at the screenshot ...

Open the Layer's Properties

Click on the source and to the far right there is a Copy button that you want to copy the extent of the geographic coordinates

Closed the Layer Properties

Then go back to the layer and right click to Export the Data Features

At the top of the Export Features.

Double Click on the Environments

Go down to the Processing Extent .

Click on the Copy/Paste Button and then choose "Paste Extent"

So what I see here is it did not copy and paste to this

Hmmmmmm..... So my question is Why did it not copy and then paste into the X and Y ?

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.6 and Has it been update to correct this problem to the new version 3.5 ?
