Hello,

I would like to download Raster images from this server and clip.

https://mapprod3.environment.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Cultural/Aboriginal_Sites_Decision_Support_Tool_ASDST/MapServer/16

I can connect the server and add raster image, but cannot clip using a .shp file. I tried to Geoprocessing using 'Make Raster Layer', for example, All combined features (Likelihood). but cannot clip. Any instruction will be much appreciated.

A lot of what you can or cannot do is set by the publisher, in this case the NSW dept of Enviro, etc.

As it is a map service, not an image service or feature service you are a bit stuck.

Grab the source data from SEED at https://datasets.seed.nsw.gov.au and search for "Aboriginal Sites Decision Support Tool (ASDST) Pre1750, Current and Derived Models"
Go into the sub-categories and you can download them as raster datasets.
