ArcGIS Pro cursor size behavior

I am using @ArcGIS Pro version 2. 2. 4. If I am hovering the mouse cursor in any case at all times. It is as set up in Windows. But if I "move" the mouse in Data view on the map – it shrinks dramatically. It is too small for me. I am using 4K and 1080P resolutions. It is the same on both. It is quite annoying & looking for help. An example is in attached video.

If it was identified as an issue for a particular Pro version and has been fixed, you would have to go through the release notes and find out which version a patch was implemented

Any patch wouldn't be backported to prior versions, so I suspect checking the list or seeing whether the problem is still present in current versions of Pro might be your best course of action.

Beyond what Dan's suggested I would also try:

1. Go to your Device Manager and update your mouse driver if it's out of date.
2. Go to your Device Manager and update your video card drivers if they're out of date.
3. Rename your ESRI folder in your C:/Users/<user_profile>/appdata/local and C:/Users/<user_profile>/appdata/roaming to ESRI_OLD

Hello I have tried all and nothing has worked. This first happened when i received a new monitor. Any other suggestions?

Oh never mind just had to change the size of the mouse pointer.
