Failure to add a staging vector tiles layer to ArcGIS Pro map. Server login pop up.

Hi. I encountered an issue while trying to add data from a staging tiles URL. My workflow was basically: Add data from Path -> Paste the URL path. Then it gets recognised as ArcGIS Server Web Service. However, when I try to add it, a Server Login window pop which doesn't allow me to login using neither the ArcGIS Online user credentials or the auth_key/auth_token from the Path.

I encountered a similar question in the community. However, the issue seems to be unresolved or related to an Esri subscription renewal which I already have.

Is there any other way to connect to a staging vector tiles to my map? Is there any way to resolve this issue?
