      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which means that you have to go to the other device and check ArcPro back in, so that it can be used online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you check it out to work offline, it requires that machine to be accessed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
