ERROR 999999 with WARNING 000594: Input feature X: Not implemented

Hi, I am trying to append 3 features from a live hosted feature layer to another live hosted feature layer.

Here is the series of steps i took before I got an error.

1. Use the Append tool

2. Enable Undo

3. The run was successful but I forgot to tick the "Preserve Global ID".

4. Tried to run the Append tool again.

5. Received Error 999999.

I am the owner of the item. Can you help me? Any recommendations is highly appreciated.

Did the data in your live hosted feature layer (source) change between runs? Some information on warning 000594 that may be the cause of the error.

"Preserve Global IDs" is only for use with Enterprise Geodatabases.

With the release of Pro 3.5, there is a new append mode for feature services that will enable you to preserve GlotbalIDs. In the Append GP tool, when the target dataset is a feature service layer, the "Optimize performance for feature services" option will be automatically enabled.

If the "Optimize performance for feature services" box is checked and the matching fields for the update parameter values have a matching Global ID field, Global ID values will be preserved.
