topic Style or symbology where border color is a function of the fill color in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I would like to create a symbology for a polygon feature class where the fill color is auto populated from the selected color scheme, and the border color is a darker version of the fill color. I know this is possible to do manually with custom color adjustments, but is there any way to do it automatically? I want to be able to try different color schemes, and quickly see if I like them without manually changing the outline color for a bunch of different symbology classes.

The attached screenshot is an example of the final symbology I want, but it takes a lot of manual work to get there. If I want to try a different color scheme, or even add another symbology class using the same color scheme, it will take a lot of manual work to do it.
