When creating a license file for Enterprise 11.4, it is important to provide the URL portal for that machine. Check the Enterprise portal log file. It may display errors pertaining to the Pro Named User licenses. If this is the case, go back to MyEsri and edit the Enterprise license file you previously created. Verify you have the correct portal URL and download the updated license file. Authorize Enterprise 11.4 with the new file. Review the log file or proceed to start Pro.
