      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought an ArcGIS single use license focusing on the use of ArcGIS desktop, and I would like to know if it gives me accesses to the ArcGIS pro. if so, how should I proceed? I have already download it, but when I try to open it, I get a message telling me my ArcGIS account is public then I am not allowed to accesses ArcGIS Pro,&lt;BR /&gt;Have anyone here gotten any similar problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am pretty sure you need to set up a non-public ArcGIS Online account to license your instance of Pro, or license ArcGIS Pro using a single-use license with a provisioning file. You should have gotten instructions on which method you should use and codes with your your media. If you are stuck I recommend contacting Esri customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
