    <description>&lt;P&gt;Upon further investigation, I found I had to right click and select Refresh in the various Toolboxes in the Pro Catalog.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Stormwater Utility Network Foundation (v1.4); tools have failed to open errors</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we are working on setting up the Utility Network.&amp;nbsp; I am using the Stormwater Utility Network Foundation, Stormwater, version 1.4.&amp;nbsp; ArcGIS Pro 3.4.3, cloned environment, untools installed, Advanced Editing license, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 (as a test environment).&amp;nbsp; I am working through the Foundation Tasks.&amp;nbsp; EGDB was set up earlier.&amp;nbsp; Open Project and Remove Sample Data task, tool has failed to open error.&amp;nbsp; Create the Utility Network, Stage the Utility Network, tool has failed to open error.&amp;nbsp; I have searched Esri help, GeoNet, etc.&amp;nbsp; What am I doning wrong?&amp;nbsp; I am unable to figure this one out.&amp;nbsp; Where can I find UN help that is aligned with Foundation v1.4?&amp;nbsp; Thanks, Jay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
