      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently experiencing an issue with my ArcGIS Pro license. Despite having an active subscription and recently paying for another subscription, I am unable to access the map backgrounds embedded in the software. Upon checking my account, it states that my credit is exhausted.&lt;BR /&gt;This issue persists despite my efforts to resolve it, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter. Could you please guide me through the necessary steps to restore access and verify my subscription so I can fully utilize the software?&lt;BR /&gt;I am available to provide any additional information or carry out the required actions on my part. Thank you in advance for your support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Pro does not consume ArcGIS Online credits for basemaps -&amp;gt;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/does-arcgis-pro-consume-ago-service-credits/td-p/259445" target="_blank"&gt;Solved: Does ArcGIS Pro consume AGO service credits? - Esri Community&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you are already logged in to ArcGIS Online, which is required to use Basemaps.&lt;BR /&gt;(In some cases it is possible that access to ArcGIS Online is blocked in the firewall, try accessing ArcGIS Online from your browser.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best open a case in My Esri, there is not so much we can do here to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
