    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you enable topology on the utility network, certain operations such as this cannot be done.&amp;nbsp; I would suggest exporting to the asset package and make these changes and reapply that asset package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
