Upload data to the organization's local server

I am trying to publish a tile layer and multipatch on my server, but I am getting this error.
I do not have ArcGIS Server. What should I do?

Error 1 - 00217: Multipatch layer cannot be published to current portal.

Error 2 - 00147: The <value> is not licensed on the ArcGIS Server.

Hey @Ganbold

I was curious if your organization uses ArcGIS Enterprise for any of the GIS infrastructure? If so, you may have an ArcGIS Server as a hosting server. If you were to publish a multipatch and tile layer, you will need to ensure that the Enterprise Data Store has a Tile Cache if prior to 11.4 or an Object Store if 11.4 and after. Not being licensed on the ArcGIS Server would mean that it may not have a license to support the type of data you're attempting to publish, see those licenses here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/analyzer-error-messages/00147-the-is-not-licensed-on-the-arcgis-server.htm

If you are 100% sure that you do not have an Enterprise environment though, you may want to check to see if you are signed into another portal, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/projects/manage-portal-connections-from-arcgis-pro.htm This would tell you how to change that if so. You may be logged into an enterprise instance that doesn't support the publishing of data, and may need to change back to ArcGIS Online if that is what you primarily use!
