      <title>Non-uniform feature scaling</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the scale tool to modify a feature it keeps the scaling uniform.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to be able to grab the side handle and have it only scale lengthwise, keeping the height the same. is there a hotkey to hold for this? a different tool?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
