We've been feeling the repercussions of the Hosted Feature Services Performance issues in arcGIS Pro. The ArcGIS Online Health Status website says the issue is resolved BUT I still cannot save work I do on Indoors feature layers in ArcGIS pro without popping the following error code. Is there a patch or update I need to download to get ArcGIS pro to start syncing and saving to ArcGIS online again? No edits are sticking and some previous information I entered in the Units layer of the Indoors map, before the issues started, is no longer showing up.

Hmmm...in the internals, I found a related case where the issue was resolved by going to the feature layers edit settings and turning off the "keep track of created and updated features" option in the service edit settings. Might be worth a test.
