History geoprocessing by using modelbuilder

When using ModelBuilder, it should be possible to find the tools in the history after running the model. However, this is not the case. I have enabled the option "Write geoprocessing operations to Geoprocessing history". What could be the problem?

Note:
Tools that run in ModelBuilder are not saved to your project's geoprocessing history.

perhaps this should be an "Idea"

too many things to watch...

was it a model run from a custom toolbox in Pro's ArcToolbox?

or a model run within modelbuilder?

I have tested both options. When running the model outside of ModelBuilder, I can see in the history that the model has run, but there is no information about the individual tools.
I have searched for the contact details of the woman who gives the training in the video but have not found them yet.
