Yet when viewing the layer online <A href="https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=0562ee86e0f34dda85e5e3a8b7c24569" target="_self">here</A> the layers appear on the map meaning the geometry information must be out there somewhere.
