Branch Versioned Feature Layer - Version Changes "There are no differences to display"

I have branch versioned data in a Portal Feature Layer. The Feature Layer has a named version where edits have been made and saved in ArcGIS Pro. In Pro when I click on the Versioning -> Version Changes button, it does not show the edits made in the version, it only says "There are no differences to display". Receiving the same results by another user that made edits in a different named version along with services published to both our Prod and Dev Portals.

After further testing, I believe this is occurring after running Data Reviewer. After evaluating validation rules, the validation status, last user, and date modified is edited for each record. Is this expected behavior?

Is there a limit to the number of differences that can be displayed? Is there another place to review the differences before reconcile and posting edits?
