Hi .. I purchased an ArcGIS Pro personal license and I used an old account to check-out and I used this account before with a personal license which expired in Dec 2023. Now, when I tried to activate my license I was requested to sign in and when I signed in I was told that the account was terminated, so I chose to create a new account to activate my license with he same email and I managed to activate ArcGIS Pro with the second account, but now I have a problem with both accounts, with the first account I can't access Arcgis online and I can't access my licenses on MyEsri page and with the second account I can't have full access to MyEsri and I was disconnected from my Organization, and now I want to authorize ArcGIS Desktop and CityEngine and I can't find my codes anywhere. I send a message to CC and I was directed to my Regional Dealer and after many tries he didn't manage to solve the issue and now I don't know what to do?.. Any Esri guy here?. I can forward the emails I sent to the RD.

Can't speak to the entirety of your issue but this was on the esri Canada site a while back:

ArcGIS for Personal Use purchases and renewals processed on or after January 4, 2024 will no longer include ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap).

My Personal Use Pro license was easily renewed last year but ArcGIS Desktop was not renewed after its one year time out.
