      <title>Problem installing ArcGIS Pro 3.3 after 3.4</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had ArcGIS Pro 3.4 on my computer but I needed version 3.3. So I've to uninstall the 3.4 to, later on, install the 3.3 but it was impossible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time I try to run the ArcGISPro.msi I get this message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SoniaSandoval_0-1737642484959.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/123835i3DCB60E5D37549BD/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="SoniaSandoval_0-1737642484959.png" alt="SoniaSandoval_0-1737642484959.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried to remove every remaining file of ArcGIS Pro using the Registry Editor, it didn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does someone have an idea of what is going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran into a possibly similar issue this morning so just want to mention. It revolves around Windows user profiles. You might have some resource locking as the permissions message suggests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a user that we were trying to upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.4.0 and kept failing on a similar permissions issue. Anyway, the root cause was that a different user on the same computer had a different version installed of Pro installed. Once I had uninstalled Pro from both user accounts we were able to perform the install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just an avenue of investigation to think about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
