Hello community. I am trying to analyze how long a house is shaded from a hill behind and how trees on this hill would change this.

Unfortunately I encountered a a problem I don't know how to deal with.

I have used the Solution Shadow Impact Analysis and have created sun position for the House which worked fine. It seems for me that the Tasks Check Shadows is designed for Global Scene and Analyze Shadows is designed for local Scenes.

But what I have seen now if I watch the 3D shadows is that the Shadows in the Global Scene and the Local Scene are quit different. While my Sun positions are the same the drawn Shade is different.

Global Scene, Shade at 10.53 am. House is in Full shade

Global Scene. Time 10.53 am. Shade is far from the house

Does anyone have an idea why this is and which shading would be correct?

Thanks
