topic Displaying archiving data for non-versioned data according to time zone in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Accordig to this article 'Archiving on nonversioned data uses UTC to represent time'.

That's perfectly fine. My collegue told me ArcGIS Pro converts the date and time values internally according to the local time zone of the client machine to display the data so I thought it would adjunt the time so that I don't have to do it everytime I request data for a moment in time. So if my time zone is +2:00 and I specify to display data at 2025/1/10 15:00:00 it should show the archived data at 2025/1/10 13:00:00 UTC.

So the question is, what is it that I should do to make this work as I mentioned? Is there anything that I missed?
