Graphics are stored as a layer in the map they belong to. Well, specifically they're stored in a separate file inside the project file that the layer refers to, but that's just for performance reasons. If you right-click on the layer you can use Sharing -> Save As Layer File to keep a copy stashed away, hopefully that's enough to save what you need.

When you convert labels to graphics, where within your project are the new graphics saved? I asked because I pull AGOL webmaps into Pro to make changes, so I often need to update my Pro Project that correlates to the webmap, which deletes the graphics. I put a lot of time into these custom labels. It would be nice to not lose them...but also not having to export them, update my project, then import them. Thanks!
