topic Project information template in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Is there a way, when starting a project, to fill out the basic information of the specific project that later can be reused throughout the work?

The idea is to have all the basic information regarding a project saved somehow at the start of the project, and that the information can be reused in layout templates or attribute tables,

For example, I’m working on a project in “X” location, with coordinates “xy” and “YY”. The id number of the site is “1234”, and the type is “1a”.
The information is constant throughout the project, and I am creating different layouts, with different combinations of the info as title and so on. I am also creating feature layers in the project, and the attribute tables will include the basic data.

Can I add this information anywhere in the start of a project, and link the data to layouts (as dynamic text?) and make the data default when adding different features?

And can I save it as a project template to reuse in my next project?
