Tile web layer, cache locally error

I am trying to make a cached tiled background map service on ArcGIS Online.

When I calculate size it says 59Gb, I have 550Gb free space on the harddrive but it still warns that the disk space will probably exceed available disk space. Then when i try to publish I get the error below - failed to publish web layer. Any ideas?
