Update point feature based on attribute table

Hello,

I have developed a model to update my features, which increase weekly, and to also refresh the attachments for use in pop-ups. However, I'm encountering an issue: the new points are not displaying correctly on the map.

I attempted to rerun the XY table tool in my model, but this approach creates a new feature instead of replacing or updating the existing one.

Could you please advise on how I can properly update the existing features with the new data?
