Hi everyone,

I need to conduct an analysis showing the coverage area around each active warehouse for the company I work for.

The issue arises when I try to generate this coverage area in China.

The process I follow is:

Navigate to Analysis > Network Analysis > Service Area.

Set the parameters:

Mode: Driving Distance

Direction: Away from Facilities

Cutoff: Enter the desired coverage distance.

After that, I click on Import Facilities and upload the file containing the location data for each warehouse.

Finally, I click Run.

The problem occurs in the output. As you can see in the example below, the coverage area displayed by the software is completely incorrect and does not accurately represent the intended coverage area.

Note: I have already tried using the buffer tool as an alternative. However, I need precise information, and the buffer only provides a straight-line distance between points, disregarding the actual road network.

Is it possible to do it using another manner.
