Recently our planner wants to have a basic base map with parcels and zoning&nbsp; He wants to add notes to these parcels for instance development agreements. He wants others with access to see these notes as well.&nbsp; Do any of you have any ideas of what can be done to make this solution for him. We have arcgis online users.
