Esri Task Designer - Unable to view steps (Bug?)

Hello,

Utilizing Tasks, when editing a task with "Task Designer", I am unable to view all steps. The Designer is stuck on the last viewed Step (or first if none were active). Figure 1 represents the current issue.

Figure 1. Task Designer pane is set to Editor mode, and only Step 1 is visible. I am unable to navigate to other steps in the task.

Figure 2 below is what view is expected. I would be able to navigate different steps within the task and use the Task Designer pane to make edits. Notably, the drop-down triangles are no longer present, both in Task Designer View and while running the tasks.

Attempted fix:
- When the task file is Exported as a new .EsriTasks object and opened within a new project, it works as intended. When Exported and reopened in the intended project, the error persists.

Any insight or guidance would be abundantly appreciated.

Have you tried it in Pro 3.4? Is the behaviour the same in that version?
