No view showing in Map view for raster data

Hi,

I calculated distance to water body by Euclidean distance tool. I can see the new output raster layer in the contents pan but there is no view in Map view. I tried zoom to layer but nothing showing. What is the reason here?

Add the layer to an empty map, that is, no basemaps.

Right-click on the layer and select properties and see if there is any data associated with the layer, such as an extent and coordinate system.

What was used to create the Euc distance layer?, maybe the map has no data at all

There are all the data associated with the layer. If I right click on the map, it shows value but doesn't show the map. Later I find out that if I zoom in the layer, it shows the map and if I zoom out beyond the threshold where the map actually appears, it disappears. I checked that it's not related to loading time. The loading stops but doesn't show the map.

If you zoom to layer and it shows the map, then the layer doesn't have a defined coordinate system (Define Projection)
