topic Changing values of point layer in Model Builder in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I am using a point layer in model builder to create a surface with an IDW tool. Is is possible to create a model that takes user input for the values in the point layer? For example, if there were 10 rows of data for the point layer, could a user change any of those values in Model Builder? I only seem to be able to change an entire field or make selections through a parameter.

Please share if you have insight. Thank you.
