I built two versions, each stand alone. One is built to use vector tile index, the second will process a index on the fly for your AOIs. I wanted to share it with the community if you can use it. I built in parameters so it's pretty open and easy to use.</P><P>Labels may be overprinted from your AOI. I did not find an easy solution for that issue.
