The problem I am trying to solve is that I am interested in assessing if there is a park facility within 800-metres of each home in the City. But the issue is that the residents are not allowed to cross an Arterial Road.</P><P>When I set up the analysis using Barriers, anyone who lives on an Arterial road or has to walk across the Arterial Road (on the same side of the street) will not be solved.
