Legend items Question.

Hi.

I have ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1 currently and I have trouble arrange my legend items. It would not let me move up or down.

Any idea why ?

Do you have layer order checked for your legend? When that option is checked the legend item order matches the drawing order in the map and you can't change it. Unchecking it enables drag and drop reordering.

I have two layouts but are different kind of map I designed. Problem is one of them worked and the other does not work. Not sure why but could be several things..

Would the import layout prevent me from moving up or down the layers in the Element ?

Or is it because I have two map layout prevent me as well ?

Never mind ! I experiment it and I found a way... Turn off all the four and that worked . First , I turn it off and it did not work so I tried again and turn it back on and then off...

So I turn it off and it worked...

Don't know why but if you experience like this try turn Layer Order on and off and test it...
