    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do someone experience the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In cleaning annotations in a mapseries layout, I found no problem (for now) when the map is not rotated. &amp;nbsp;After moving an annotation, the mapseries refresh itself automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I'm working in a rotated map, in my layout, &amp;nbsp;and, each time I move annotations, the map doesn't refresh the map series. &amp;nbsp;I have to manually refresh the map series each time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
