Model Builder retaining old parameter information

Hi,

I'm working in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1.

I created a model in ModelBuilder and then copied and pasted it. I edited the new model and changed some of the parameter values but the new model is retaining parameters from the original model and I can't get rid of them.

Here is the new model with 3 input parameters and 1 output parameter:

But in the Parameters window I have 6 parameters of which the first two are no longer in the model. None of the parameter information is editable in this window and from what I understand some of the properties should be editable. The only thing I can change is the order of appearance of the parameters.

How can I get rid of these two parameters?

In your first image where the model exists, can you right click on the input and/or intermediate datasets and click the left click the model parameter item which has a green checkmark to the left of the word parameter. Do this for all the datasets to not have parameters. Save your model. Do you then see those same model parameters in the model properties?

Thanks for the reply.

The unwanted parameters are no longer in the model as input or output datasets so I can't try your suggestion.

I had to recreate the model from scratch to get rid of the unwanted parameters.

I have the same problem. When I try to delete the parameter from the Tool Properties window (via delete on the keyboard) I get the error below and the parameter returns.

I don't think I tried pressing the delete key to get rid of the parameters and the model doesn't exist anymore so I can't test.

I wonder if the graphical representation of the model and the model properties dialogue box don't work that well together.

In cases like these the only remedy seems to recreate the model.
