I accidentally deleted a row from a point-data attribute table that has Lat and Long fields. I've replaced the row manually so the attribute table is correct but I need a point on the map for this new row.

How do I prompt ArcGIS to use the Lat Long for this row and add the point on the map?

I'd be tempted to try the other way around. Click the edit pane, click "Create", select the feature class template you need (from the create features pane) and then right click anywhere in the map frame and choose "Abolsute X and Y". You can then specify where the point should be and add the Lat/Long attribution in afterwards
